Directions: NYS Thruway Exit 39, to 690 South. Take exit towards I-81 South towards Binghamton. Take exit 54 off Route I-81 and merge onto South Main St. (Route 11 South). Turn right onto Carroll St, which turns into Fairgrounds Dr.

Room reservations: See the webpage titled 'Hotels' for more information. Reduced room rates apply only until July 23rd. Reserve rooms early! Note that non-guaranteed reservations will be held only until 4 p.m. on the day of arrival.

MART: restricted to horological items only. Only Mart table-holders with proper ID badge will be allowed in the Mart during set-up time on Friday, August 14th from 11:30 am to 1 p.m.
Mart Load-in for table-holders only from 8 - 9 a.m. on Saturday, August 15th.
The Mart closes to all at 4 p.m., Saturday, August 15th. All silent auction entries require a per-item fee of $3 for the first item and $1 for each additional item in the same lot.
Public Day Events: The Eastern States Regional will hold public day access from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday August 15th. All Workshops, Lectures and the Antique Clock and Watch Road Show are open to the public free of charge. The public can also attend the Mart on Saturday after paying the entrance fee.

Confirmation will be made through email only if address is legible on the form. Only registrations received by July 27th will be accepted for pre-registration.
